Jeanette Loeb has studied Jewish Studies at the University of Amsterdam (UvA).
Since 1998, she has been an official guide for the Jewish Historical Museum of Amsterdam. The Jewish Historical Museum aims to teach the general public more about Jewish history as well as facilitate the exchange of ideas and views. As a guide, Jeanette is trained in an active communication with the group.
Since 1998, she has given guided tours in English, German and Dutch
She has experience with different groups such as visitors with an interest in Jewish history, young children, school pupils, students, and professionals.
Jeanette gives tailor-made tours from 1 ½ hours to a whole day.
She can also put together a week-long programme of study activities.
She also lectures on different Jewish subjects like:
History of Jewish Amsterdam
Jewish religion
Jewish culture
